Missed Collection

A missed collection can only be reported after 3pm as the crews are still out collecting and can only be reported within 2 working days of the original collection day.

• The bins / sacks must be out by 7:30am
• The bin lid should be fully closed
• The bins / sacks must be at the edge of the property, or at a mutually agreed location
• The content of the bins / sacks must not be contaminated
• There should be no side waste with any bin
• Any recycling must NOT be put out in black bags
• Please be aware that our Waste team have a system in each bin lorry that records any contamination and any bins that are not out for collection. If there is a record against your property for any of the above, the Waste team will not return for your bins / sacks
