This application form is to request either permanent or temporary assistance with refuse and recycling collections.
In order for you to join the assisted collection scheme, a waste advisor will need to visit you and any other residents in your property.
We will need relevant medical information and access to view where your bins / bags will be for collection. This will allow us to assess your circumstances and make sure you receive the help you require.
We are unable to proceed with an application for assisted collection if we are unable to visit you at your property, to assess your specific requirements.
